Review by hotel critic
The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, perfectly complementing the exquisite dishes served. Upon arrival, I was guided to the hotel's bar/lounge named LaCesarina. Here, I savored a classic Italian Aperol Spritz before exploring nearby dining options. Opting for Ristorante L'Ancora, merely 0.19 km away, I indulged in a seafood risotto that was a culinary masterpiece. The next morning, I experienced breakfast in a charming garden setting, complete with Villeroy and Bosch plates that added a touch of sophistication. The freshly brewed coffee paired perfectly with the flaky pastries, setting a delightful tone for the day ahead. As a culinary critic, I appreciate when hotels elevate traditional dishes, and Albergo Minerva exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply seeking a gourmet getaway, this hotel is a hidden gem worth exploring.
